    genuine welcome
    clean comfortable room

Recommend it for families wanting charm

The welcome from the staff was genuine, and it felt like I was home as they greeted me, making it special right from the start. The room itself was good, clean, and comfortable with a touch of character that you rarely see nowadays.

It wasn't inexpensive, but the experience justified the cost.

    peaceful garden

charming hotel with easy access to parks and local attractions

I had a wonderful stay with a spacious room decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. I was delighted by the peaceful garden that enhanced my experience of relaxation during my walks. As a single traveler, I appreciated the convenience of being close to Roberts Park and the Bingley Five Rise Locks, which made my explorations all the more enjoyable.

    Charming stay with great food!

What a lovely place! We had a cozy double room that was spotlessly clean, and the food was top-notch. The staff were super friendly, even asking our dogs if they needed anything! The only thing was the old pipes were a bit noisy now and then, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time here.

    good but breakfast needs improvement

The double room was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, lacking sufficient variety and freshness.
